For most standard door types, our pricing is 8$/Square foot +5$/door for hinge holes if needed + shipping costs if you aren't local. As far as shipping goes, for orders in the 600-1000$ range. Shipping usually runs 150-200$. Doors longer than 48" and again at 60" increase the shipping price through UPS. Turnaround is usually 2-5 business days.
